• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court

Repeat Infringer Policy

TopMixtapes enforces a strict repeat infringer policy:

• 1st Violation: Formal warning
• 2nd Violation: Temporary account suspension
• 3rd Violation: Permanent account termination

All takedown and enforcement actions are logged and timestamped for legal recordkeeping.
